Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We can also not be held responsible for delays due to customs.
In-store— We accept card and cash payments and if you see something you would like us to post out to you we can take card payments remotely also and do accept Paypal or bank transfers.
Etsy—- We accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits, Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information. You can pay via card or Paypal for Etsy items.
Depop—- payments made are usually taken via Paypal.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery.
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
